Stonewall Center

Stonewall Center, a mix of retail and offices at the corner of Clays Mill Road and Wellington Way, has filled a significant amount of square footage with new tenants. Bargain Hunt is now open in the anchor storefront, previously empty for over a year. The former Stanley J’s and Rosalia’s will soon house the second location of North Lime Coffee & Donuts.

Fayette County Driver’s License Office

The impending move of the main driver’s license office has been announced, from within a city government building also housing the County Clerk’s offices in downtown Lexington, to a shopping center just outside of New Circle Road along Winchester Road. It will be adjacent to Spencerian College and offer increased parking options as well as access via four different Lextran routes. Fayette County’s other driver’s license office will remain on Regency Road.

Crank & Boom

Crank & Boom, the ice creamery associated with local Thai & Mighty Noodle Bowls food truck and restaurant, has announced the opening of a permanent café and lounge space in the burgeoning Distillery District facing Manchester Street and adjacent to the Town Branch of Elkhorn Creek.
