Jerry Goins, the owner of , has announced that they will be closing on October 29. Now located at , the business has been in operation in Lexington since 1934. Fayette Seed specializes in lawn are garden supplies, as well as having a large business in vegetable plants.

1400 Delaware Avenue – Pivot Brewing

Lexington’s first cidery is hosting its grand opening later this month. Located at , will serve 11 ciders on tap, as well as 8 mostly Kentucky beers. The taproom will be launched on Saturday at 11 a.m.

2217 War Admiral Way – MOD Pizza

A new fast casual pizza restaurant is opening in Lexington. , located at , will open the doors on their first Lexington location

325 West Main Street – Starbucks

The Triangle Center has re-opened after undergoing many renovations to debut its new design and upgrades. The Starbucks, located at , has been closed since November of 2015.

207 South Limestone – Graze

A second location for restaurant will be opening in Lexington. The newest restaurant by Chef Craig de Villiers will be located at and feature a more standardized menu, offering dinner and late-night dining at first. The projected opening date is in late October.

3329 Tates Creek Road – Sal’s Chophouse

and . will both be closing Sunday night. The Bluegrass Hospitality Restaurants, located at in the Lansdowne Shoppes will be renovated to increase the size and capacity of Malone’s Banquets.  The new space is scheduled to open by November 21.

2785 Polo Club Blvd – WaterStone at Hamburg

Miller-Valentine Group is building a 264-luxury apartment complex near the intersection of Man o’ War Boulevard and Polo Club Boulevard. Located at , is set to open in early 2017.

265 North Limestone – Grillfish Opening

The new steak and seafood restaurant, Grillfish, opened this week at in  the former home of Atomic Café. The restaurant features fresh seafood, steaks and chops, salads, pasta, desserts, wine and cocktails. For the time being the restaurant will be serving dinner nightly, with a patio that is expected to open by Labor Day.

3735 Palomar Centre Drive – The Weekly Juicery

3090 Helmsdale Place – Ramsey’s Country Store

Rob Ramsey is opening a Ramsey’s Country Store next to his Andover restaurant location. Located at 3090 Helmsdale Place, the country store will sell fresh Kentucky Proud produce, canned goods, bulk items from Ramsey’s, and unique cooking utensils. The store opens this Thursday.
